As the world’s first developer-driven Living Building, the five-story, mixed-use building demonstrates replicable solutions for sustainable design.
The daylighting dapples the floors while the lighting controls allow for the utmost customization. One of the most unique features are the stairs which light up and change color as people walk them, incentivizing and inviting staff and visitors alike to enjoy an experience of movement and meeting.
