Speaking to the nature of the location as well as the materials and form of the building skin, the lighting of the site features a diagonal circulation path, “the workers trail,” that traces older train tracks that existed on the site and that will now feature prominently as a cultural, retail, and hospitality hub.
Luma performed the architectural exterior lighting for both office towers including the main interior lobbies, the tower offices, and the retail podium as well as the landscape lighting including the plaza and the financial center's main feature, "the workers trail."
