Luma provided lighting design for the exterior site, labs, offices and general public spaces within this $9.5 million, below grade laboratory building for nanotechnology research. Daylight is introduced to the underground space with a skylight monitor in the collaboration space and the outdoor plaza above the building was improved to meet campus standards. Color was introduced with light colors matching electron microscope color outputs.
