A recipient of the 2009 IIDA Merit Award, this tenant improvement project included lighting design for approximately 270,000 square feet of open office space, conference rooms and support spaces. The building is certified LEED Silver and the tenant space was designed to LEED CI. A lighting power density of only .65 watts/sf and aggressive daylight harvesting helped the T.I. achieve LEED Gold.
