  • One of the most coveted residences on campus, this four-building project provides more than 1,800 new beds at the University of Washington in Seattle. Each building features single and double rooms on five upper floors, with a mix of public spaces and parking on the first two floors.
  • Our lighting systems reinforce community as a means to break down the perception of the space as institutional.
  • Flexible controls allow public lighting to be controlled by students to accommodate a variety of events.
  • Three of the buildings achieved LEED Gold and one achieved LEED Silver and has met the Architecture 2030 challenge with 33% energy saved (35 EUI).
