  • Oregon State’s joint venture with INTO University Partnerships is the first of its kind in the United States, with a goal to double the international student enrollment on the West Coast within five years. The 152,000 square-foot building encompasses 356 student beds, 26 highly technical classrooms, an auditorium, administrative areas, and a café and international market/deli. The classrooms and labs feature webcasting/distance learning capabilities and interactive teaching systems such as interactive whiteboards.
  • Designed to meet State Energy Efficient Design requirements, the new mixed-use building will feature a variety of sustainable elements.
  • We provided efficient lighting features to further enhance the building’s sustainability while meeting the specific lighting needs of each space.
